My name is Siobhan and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer currently training in Level 4 Nutrition. I have previously been a personal trainer at David Lloyd Aberdeen where I have trained various clients, all with different goals and struggles, in different areas of their lives and fitness journeys.

I fell in love with fitness when beginning my own journey 5 years ago which transformed my life in so many ways. Throughout my journey I have developed consistency, discipline, structure, a goal orientated mindset, transformed my physique, and now have a desire to help others on their own journey.

I get very invested in my clients’ journeys as their goals become my goals! Being able to help clients develop a whole new healthy lifestyle and maintain it is my purpose; I find nothing more fulfilling. Together, we can improve the relationship you have with your body and mind, and cooperate in developing long-lasting results and improve your overall health in ways you never knew were possible! Whether you want to lose or gain weight, improve your mobility and flexibility, build strength, improve muscle tone… I’ll support you every step of the way!

The way I perceive it, is that you have nothing without your health. Below I’ve stated the benefits of strength training to give you an idea of what is actually possible. Let’s collaborate to improve your quality of life
