Routine sessions are perfect for those who are looking to develop routine and structure to their workouts. Following a consultation, a progressive workout plan will be tailored to you and your unique goals to achieve results over a 3 month period. You can choose the frequency of training sessions to suit your lifestyle.

Routine sessions start from £150-£430 P/M

1-1 Personal Training - Session Blocks

Training blocks are essential for those who are looking for an option to train once a week with their trainer over a 4 -16 week period. A tailored workout plan will allow you to progress throughout the weeks so that you can go on that holiday or attend that wedding feeling good about what you have achieved!

Session blocks start from £150-£560

Pair PT - Available as Routine Sessions or Session Blocks (4-16 Weeks)

Pair PT is an opportunity to train with your partner, friend or relative at a discounted rate. Working out together is a great way to motivate each other, collectively build strength, confidence and discipline and also help with the accountability aspect which a lot of people struggle with. Having a teammate on the same journey as you is invaluable!

This is available in routine session (1, 2 or 3 sessions per week) or as session blocks (4-16 week options available)

Online Coaching - Standard Package

Perfect for those who need structure and routine but who love to train hard on their own or with a friend! Following a consultation call, you will receive a tailored progressive workout plan based on the equipment you have access to, along side weekly check-ins with your coach, measurement and progression tracking, interaction with a like-minded online community, frequent communication with your trainer and nutritional guidance, all for a monthly charge

Standard Package - £100 P/M

Online Coaching - Advanced Package

Perfect for those who need structure and routine but who love to train hard on their own or with a friend! Following a consultation call, you will receive a tailored progressive workout plan based on the equipment you have access to and a tailored nutritional plan to follow, along side weekly check-ins with your coach, measurement and progression tracking, interaction with a like-minded online community, frequent communication with your trainer, all for a monthly charge
